No. Once you’ve scanned a page, that moment caches to your phone so it plays instantly next time — handy for showing the book around the kitchen table or on a flight with no signal.

Not yet. Books are built on a computer at build.nokoru.app — choosing photos and pairing videos deserves a big screen. Your phone’s job is scanning the finished pages. On your phone now? Use the “email me the link” box at the bottom of the home page and we’ll send it for when you’re at a desk.

That’s fine. Pages without a paired video are simply beautiful printed photographs. You choose which moments come alive.

Books are printed and bound in Europe and delivered free. Most orders are printed within two working days and typically arrive within a week or two, depending on the courier. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — if your book hasn’t arrived within 30 days (and the delivery address you gave us was correct), you can cancel for a full refund. And if anything arrives with a printing fault, we reprint your book free.

Yes. Once your book is printed, anyone you invite can scan its pages with the app and watch the moments play.

No. The app is free — invite them from your account and every page plays for them too. Worth doing before you wrap it.

Yes, and you stay in control of it. Every book includes a storage window for its moments — you pick 3, 5, 10 or 30 years when you order — and you can extend that storage at any time, even years after the book arrives, for a small fee. You’ll never be forced to let a moment go. Your videos are kept in full resolution, and you can download your originals from the app whenever you like to keep, copy, and back up elsewhere.

If Nokoru ever stopped trading, we’re committed to giving every customer at least 90 days’ notice and a one-tap export of all their moments before anything is switched off. Your printed book never expires — it’s a real, finished object that needs nothing from us to sit on your shelf. The app simply adds the moving layer back on top.

Nothing sudden, and nothing lost. We’ll remind you well in advance, and extending is a tap away whenever you’re ready. If you’d rather not extend, you can download your original videos first — and your printed book carries on exactly as it is, with its pages always scannable for any moments still stored.
